Before you book
Three months to start, because that’s how long it takes to study your brand and set up your templates properly. After that, month to month with 30 days’ notice. Sign up for 12 months and you pay for 11. Onboarding is once-off and not refundable.
A 24-hour brief is five ad variations, a job ad set, an email layout or a trade show banner. A 48-hour brief is a sales proposal, a ten-slide board deck, an onboarding pack or a brand guideline update. Anything bigger (a full website redesign, a rebrand, an intranet, product and packaging) is quoted separately, fixed price, with a delivery date, at 10% off for retainer clients.
You name one queue owner. Anyone in the company can send a brief; only the owner reorders the queue. Everyone can see where their job sits and when it starts.
Add a slot. Two slots means two jobs in production at the same time. Add one whenever the queue needs it; drop it with 30 days’ notice.
A 24-hour brief that jumps the queue and starts within four working hours. Two a month per slot are included. Extras are R5 000 each, subject to availability, and your brand manager tells you straight away if one can’t be fitted in.
