Onboarding is R15 000 once: we study your brand, load it, set up your portal and brief the team before day one. Working templates are built through your slot in month one. An extra slot on any plan is +R25 000 a month: add one whenever the queue needs it; drop it with 30 days’ notice.

Questions people ask before they sign
Is there a contract?
Three months to start, because that’s how long it takes to study your brand and set up your templates properly. After that, month to month with 30 days’ notice. Sign up for 12 months and you pay for 11. Onboarding is once-off and not refundable.
How fast is fast?
Every brief is back within 24–48 hours of entering production. One job per slot at a time, so the queue moves every working day. Two same-day urgents a month per slot are included; extras are R5 000 each, subject to availability.
Why not just hire?
If you have full-time, single-skill design work and someone to manage it, hire. Otherwise one slot is a whole department (UI, ad creative, decks, brand and web) with your own brand manager and a senior check on every job, for one flat fee. And keep your agency for the big ideas; give the everyday work to us.
Do revisions use up my slot?
No. Revisions happen on the same job and are included. A new direction is a new brief.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your queue pauses until it clears. Nothing is lost; it just waits.
Do we need to meet?
Only if you want to. Everything runs through Druff HQ. Some clients book a 15-minute monthly check-in; most don’t.
Where is the team?
All in one studio, on one time zone (SAST, UTC+2), working 08:00–17:00. Every job goes through the same brand manager and the same senior check.
What if I don’t use the slot one month?
The slot is yours whether you fill it or not, so keep the queue stocked; there’s always something to bring on brand. If you need a break, you can pause once a year, with 30 days’ notice.
Who owns the work?
The finished files are yours to use however you like. Working files, templates and licensed fonts or images stay with us; they’re the reason a job takes 24 hours instead of three days.
