One fee. Everything in it.
If you’ve ever waited a week for a quote on a two-hour job, this is for you. One monthly fee gets you a senior team, your own brand manager and a slot that never stops: one job in production at a time, unlimited briefs behind it, every one back within 24–48 hours. Add slots as you grow. Three months to start, then 30 days’ notice.

Quoted
Onboarding is R15 000 once: we study your brand, load it, set up your portal and brief the team before day one. Working templates are built through your slot in month one. An extra slot on any plan is +R25 000 a month: add one whenever the queue needs it; drop it with 30 days’ notice.
Capacity check
One slot means one job in production at a time, every working day. Unlimited briefs queue behind it.
Most companies start with one and add a slot when the queue tells them to.
What’s included
What’s quoted separately
Retainer clients get 10% off quoted projects. Not offered: development, hosting, print production, media buying.
Scope
Five ad variations · a job ad set · an email layout · a trade show banner
A sales proposal · a ten-slide board deck · an onboarding pack · a brand guideline update
Quoted separately, fixed price, with a delivery date. Full website redesigns, rebrands, intranets, product and packaging.
Risk, removed
If your first brief isn’t delivered within 48 hours of your slot going live, onboarding is free. Three months to start, then 30 days’ notice. Final artwork is yours to use.
Book a callThe honest answer
If you have full-time, single-skill work and someone to manage it, hire. Really. If you need a big idea twice a year, keep your agency. Druff is for everything in between: the hundreds of pieces a year that shouldn’t wait for a quote.
It’s not one designer. It’s a whole design department, for one flat fee.

FAQ
Three months to start, because that’s how long it takes to study your brand and set up your templates properly. After that, month to month with 30 days’ notice. Sign up for 12 months and you pay for 11. Onboarding is once-off and not refundable.
Every brief is back within 24–48 hours of entering production. One job per slot at a time, so the queue moves every working day. Two same-day urgents a month per slot are included; extras are R5 000 each, subject to availability.
If you have full-time, single-skill design work and someone to manage it, hire. Otherwise one slot is a whole department (UI, ad creative, decks, brand and web) with your own brand manager and a senior check on every job, for one flat fee. And keep your agency for the big ideas; give the everyday work to us.
No. Revisions happen on the same job and are included. A new direction is a new brief.
Your queue pauses until it clears. Nothing is lost; it just waits.
Only if you want to. Everything runs through Druff HQ. Some clients book a 15-minute monthly check-in; most don’t.
All in one studio, on one time zone (SAST, UTC+2), working 08:00–17:00. Every job goes through the same brand manager and the same senior check.
The slot is yours whether you fill it or not, so keep the queue stocked; there’s always something to bring on brand. If you need a break, you can pause once a year, with 30 days’ notice.
The finished files are yours to use however you like. Working files, templates and licensed fonts or images stay with us; they’re the reason a job takes 24 hours instead of three days.
Tell us what’s stuck
Twenty minutes on a call. You tell us what’s sitting in the queue; we show you what one slot would clear this month. If a retainer isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
